Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from time of purchase.

You will receive tracking information in your email once the order has been shipped.

Shipping within the United States

All orders shipping direct from Chickadees, over $75 subtotal receive free shipping.

Orders below $75 subtotal are charged a $7 shipping fee.

Orders shipped from brand partners, including but not limited to Tiny Land, Lily & River, Avenlur, Honeysticks, Wee Gallery, Kubiya Games, Ekobo, etc - will include additional shipping charges.  These shipping charges will be reflected in cart before purchase.

International Shipping

Our current international markets are Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, U.S. Outlying Islands, the United Kingdom, and more. If you don't see your market listed, feel free to reach out to ask about adding it.

All orders shipping outside the United States will be charged a flat shipping rate of $36 USD.

Currently, customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties fees, which are charged by the carrier upon delivery. Any order over $20 USD is subject to up to 13% in fees upon delivery.
