Refund policy
We will gladly except returns or exchange your toys if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact the shop with any issues with 3 days of delivery.
Damaged Items:
Occasionally we miss something in a quality check or something is damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged item please message the shop and we will get it taken care of ASAP.
- Please Provide the Order Number and Photo of Damaged Piece & Package within 3 days of delivery for free return shipping and replacement.
Item Was Not What I Expected or I Changed My Mind:
We understand that when you order things online, sometimes the reality is different than you envisioned.
- We will gladly accept returns of this nature if they are shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact the shop prior to returning your item. When we receive the item in the original, undamaged condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.
- Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations for the following items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Please remember that you are ordering handmade goods. Pieces and sizes may vary and differ from photos. Please read all item descriptions before puchasing.
