Shipping Policy

We know you're excited to receive your Chickadees order! Please review the processing and shipping timelines below, as they vary slightly depending on what you purchase.

Standard Orders

In-stock orders shipping directly from Chickadees typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Playful Minds Subscriptions

Your first subscription order will ship within 3–5 business days of purchase, so you don't have to wait until the next monthly shipping cycle to begin.

After your first order, all subsequent subscription boxes will ship during the first week of each month.

Once your monthly box has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

If your subscription includes multiple Playful Minds options, we may package them together whenever possible.

Rainbow Collection

Our Rainbow Collection is made to order especially for you.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of purchase for your Rainbow Collection order to be handmade, prepared, and shipped.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Within the United States

Orders shipping directly from Chickadees with a subtotal of $75 or more receive free shipping.

Orders with a subtotal below $75 are charged a $9 flat shipping fee.

Products fulfilled or shipped directly by one of our brand partners may have additional shipping charges. These charges will be shown in your cart before you complete your purchase.

Brand Partner Shipping

Some products available through Chickadees are fulfilled directly by our brand partners, including brands such as Tiny Land, Lily & River, Avenlur, Honeysticks, Wee Gallery, Kubiya Games, Ekobo, and others.

These products may ship separately from items fulfilled by Chickadees and may be subject to additional shipping charges and different processing times.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed in your cart before purchase.

International Shipping

We currently ship to many international destinations, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and select countries throughout Europe and Asia.

If your country is not currently available during checkout, please contact us and we will be happy to see whether shipping can be arranged.

Orders shipping outside the United States are currently charged a flat shipping rate of $36 USD.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other fees assessed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in your Chickadees purchase or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.
