Cancellation Policy

Some products at Chickadees Wooden Toys are available as recurring subscriptions or pre-orders. Please review the policies below before purchasing.

Playful Minds Subscriptions

When you purchase a Playful Minds subscription, you may choose between two subscription payment options: a prepaid 3-month subscription or a pay-as-you-go monthly subscription.

Prepaid 3-Month Subscription

With this option, you pay in advance for three consecutive monthly subscription orders.

Your initial payment covers all three months of your subscription commitment. Because the full three-month commitment has been purchased upfront, you may cancel future renewals at any time after your initial purchase.

Canceling your subscription will prevent it from renewing after the prepaid three-month period. Cancellation does not cancel or refund any of the three boxes included in your prepaid subscription.

Your three prepaid monthly orders will continue to ship according to our regular subscription shipping schedule unless otherwise stated.

Pay-As-You-Go Monthly Subscription

With this option, you are charged separately for each monthly subscription order.

Pay-as-you-go subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three monthly orders. Your payment information is stored securely, and your payment method will be automatically charged each month according to the price and billing schedule shown at checkout.

After your third monthly order has been processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next monthly order is processed.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

Your order confirmation and subscription emails include a link to manage your subscription.

Cancellation applies to future subscription renewals only.

Once a monthly subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Canceling your subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

For prepaid three-month subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewal but does not cancel or refund any portion of the three-month subscription already purchased.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or a deposit when your order is placed. If only partial payment is collected, your payment method may be securely stored and charged for the remaining balance according to the terms shown at checkout.

A pre-order may be canceled before it has been processed or fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Any return eligibility after shipment will be determined according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and the specific terms of the product purchased.
